We offer references and the best guarantee around. Knowing that your puppy can never be replaced, we believe that having another four legged furry companion may help lessen the sadness in your home. In the unlikely death of your puppy within one year from its birthday due to genetics, or if the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital or hereditary disorder (within one year) which adversely affects the health of your puppy, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value at no cost to you. We are State, USDA and Vet inspected yearly. With 30+years of experience and dedication we take pride and joy in raising healthy, happy puppies. Sire Beau is a well behaved, easily trained Shih Tzu.  Dam Paws is a sweet Bichon Frise who is a good mama.  These puppies will be Teddy Bears (also called Shichon).  They are wonderful family pets-great with children. They tend to form strong bonds with their families and also typically get along well with other family pets. They are also a non-shedding, hypo-allergenic breed, so they would be a good choice for those with allergies.  Average weight of Teddy Bears will be around 10 to 15 pounds.

Simon is a Yorkshire Terrier and Fluffy is a Pekingese.  These pups will be known as Yorkinese.  Both Pekingese and Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies) are members of the toy breed group, so you can expect your Yorkinese to be a small dog, usually in the range of 6-10 pounds when fully grown.  Designer (cross breed) puppies generally take characteristics from both of their ancestral breeds, but usually have an appearance closer to one of its ancestral breeds.  However, within a single litter of mixed breed Yorkinese puppies, one puppy’s appearance can more closely resemble a purebred Yorkie while another puppy from the same litter can more closely resemble a purebred Pekingese puppy.  Yorkies, like all terriers, are brave, curious and energetic. Pekingese possess dignity and intelligence and are affectionate and good nature, making them good family pets and companions. You can expect your Yorkinese puppy to have some, if not all of these traits.

Mac and Ellie are both pure bred Yorkshire Terriers.  Yorkies are high energy, playful, and loving dogs.  They are consider semi-hypoallergenic and low shedding.  They are a small breed, typically weighing between 4-7 pounds full grown.  First photo is Mac, second is Ellie.

Buying a Puppy

The process of purchasing a puppy from Double G Kennels. What is the process of picking a puppy? The order of purchasing a pup is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Your name will be put on a list when we receive your $125 deposit. Your name is placed on the list of the type of puppy you want (breed and gender).

Pictures of the puppies

Taking pictures of all our puppies takes a lot of time and we strive to spend most of our time making sure you have a healthy, happy, well socialized puppy.  We are more than happy to provide current pictures of your pup of choice at time of purchase/deposit.  We will also provide pictures of the puppies to you on the 4th week and the 6th week. They will be ready to go home to you at 8 weeks of age.

When can we see the pups?   Starting at 4 weeks of age and after.  We will not make any exceptions to see them earlier. This is for the health of our puppies. We like to schedule pick up days on Saturdays.  If this does not work for you, please call us . We will not schedule pick ups or showings on Sundays. Please also no phone calls on Sundays. Call or message Monday through Saturday during the day.
